Project Consultation

High Valley Decks’ consultation process is informal and timely. We usually can handle everything in about 20 minutes to 1 hour. We’ll go over different design options with you to utilize your space efficiently and talk about the various material options available to fit your individual needs. 

After the consultation, you’ll receive a full proposal containing all of the project details within 5 business days. We’ll honor that proposal for 30 days, leaving you time to weigh your options. Next, a contract will be provided, which will be signed by you and the contractor to ensure we are both well-informed and clear on the details of the project. Call today to schedule a consultation!

The Job Site

• We stick to our start and end dates on every project
• We clean up debris throughout the day, every day
• We don’t let lumber sit in a single spot for more than 3 days in order to keep the grass from being damaged
  

Permits and Inspections

• We handle all permit and inspection responsibilities
• The project will be built to code in your city/county
  

Utilities and HOAs

• We’ll have all utilities marked in the work area prior to digging piers
• Upon request, we’ll handle all communication with your HOA
